RELIANCEMOVE LTD is a registered limited company in England with company registration number ( 16429125 ) and operating within the premises of Unit 19, LONGHAYES AVENUE, ROMFORD, RM6 5HB.
Reliancemove operates a booking platform for individuals, groups of people or corporate bodies to get cheap quotes for removal jobs and also book removals if satisfied with the quotes.
Before proceeding to book with RELIANCEMOVE, customers are advised to read our terms of service, as these clearly state who we are and the services we provide.
- Our services are provided subject to confirmation of your bookings and availability of drivers.
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions
QUOTATIONS AND PAYMENTS.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Any changes made by the customer may result in a revised quote.
- All payment terms must be agreed upon before the service date. Full payments is required
- Full payment is due on the day the customer makes the booking and a confirmation email sent to that effect.
- Additional charges may apply for delays caused by customers providing incorrect information or access issues.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
- Booking must be confirmed in writing (email or text message)
- Customers are entitled to full refund if cancellation is within 2 hours of booking .
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Booking is serviced when a single trip from pickup address to delivery address is completed.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customers must ensure that all items are packed properly and safely, unless packing services are included in the booking.
- All fragile and valuable items must be declared and properly labelled for easy identification.
- The customers are responsible for arranging necessary parking space and permits at the pickup and delivery location.
- Customers must be present or provide an authorised representative during pickup and delivery.
LIMITATION AND LIABILITY
- Reliance Move are not liable for loss or damage to items not packed by us unless due to proven negligence.
- Reliance Move are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- At Reliance Move, we ensure that all drivers are fully vetted and any proven damage to customers items due to drivers negligence will be covered by the drivers insurance.
INSURANCE
- Claims for loss or damage must be made within 7 days to the driver’s insurance company.
EXCLUDED ITEMS
- Hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods and animals will not be transported.
- Our drivers reserve the right to refuse to move any item deemed illegal or unsafe.
ACCESS AND DELAYS
- Customers must provide safe and easy access at both the pickup and delivery locations.
- Waiting time due to access issues or customer delays may be chargeable.
DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
- Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local consumer laws
